These events are put on to raise money for two great causes. If you are planning to attend, that means you are coming to have a good time and work towards raising awareness for both. We want to thank everyone that helps us put these events together. We also want to thank all of the sponsors and volunteers. We could not do it without you.
Behavior and Refund Policies:
- If you have purchased a sponsorship and wish to have your money refunded, you must put in the request before November 1st the year of the event. Any requests for refunds after November 1st, will not be given.
- There are no refunds given for any tickets purchased. If you do not attend the event for any reason, there are no refunds given.
- Anyone causing damage to equipment or any persons onsite will be held financially responsible for all repairs. This means we do not tolerate verbal or physical abuse, hate speech, talking down, or the use of any negative words directed towards staff or customers.
- The East Coast Winter Wonderland and the East Coast Jingle Ball are both put on by East Coast Cares. East Coast Cares is a 501c3 non-profit. We can provide tax info for all sponsors.
